Corris Craft Centre is unique: you do not need to climb anything to reach it. It sits flat in the middle of the Loop and is the only location fully accessible to visitors who cannot manage the hill walks — whether due to mobility issues, young children, or a preference for a more comfortable day.
A dedicated Mach Loop information area on site includes display boards describing the aircraft types that use the corridor overhead. The outdoor café seating doubles as the viewing platform and free all-day parking means you can settle in for a full day. The trade-off is a valley-floor view rather than hilltop — but when a Typhoon passes at 250ft directly above your head, the noise and proximity are genuinely extraordinary.
Nine craft studios, a gin distillery, King Arthur's Labyrinth, and Corris Mine Explorers are all on site. For mixed groups, this is by far the most practical location for a full day out.
